1855 - Built by Graham Menzies & Co. of the Sunbury distillery.

1860-1865 - Menzies. Bernard & Craig.

1865 - Menzies. Bernard & Craig dissolved. Continued as Menzies. Bernard & Co.

by 1880 - Menzies & Co.

1884 - Menzies & Co. merged with the Distillers Company Limited (DCL).

1966 - Transferred to Scottish Grain Distillers Ltd (SGD). One Coffey still. The largest distillery in Scotland for many years and externally little changed since the 1880s.

1988 - Closed.

1997 - Partially demolished.
